Centralized Purchasing
Welcome to The WGM Centralized Purchasing store.
Here you can place orders for standardized items and have them delivered during the regular courier drop off or pick them up at the warehouse. Please allow two days for delivery. All you will need to place an order is your Org/Budget code and choose "Centralized Purchasing" at the payment screen (No credit card info is used).
The “CP” store is a new and still evolving tool to
WGM, and the Warehouse team would love your feedback! To help us continue to grow
our product line, if you have any products that you would like us to explore
carrying in the future please fill out the "New item request form" at the top of the page.
The Reuse store is for items owned by the Ministry and are available to be checked out of the warehouse. All departments have access to those products on the REUSE tab located on the CP website. Those orders
will need to be placed like a standard CP order using Org code and Budget code.
The Liquidation Store found under warehouse inventory tab is for assets that WGM no
longer uses or for assets that no longer meet the ministry standard. WGM
employees have access to buying those products at a reasonable discount. Those orders will need
to be placed separate from any CP purchases and payment must be made Via PayPal
at checkout.
